In order to fundamentally effectively prevent and contain serious accidents, the State Administration of Work Safety has decided to carry out the "Mechanization of Substitution, Automation and Reduction of People" technology in key industries such as coal mines, metal non-metallic mines, dangerous chemicals and fireworks and firecrackers. The main focus of the operation is to replace manual work with mechanized production, reduce man-made operations with automated control, and strive to reduce the number of operators in high-risk workplaces by more than 30% in three years or so, and greatly improve the safety production level of enterprises.

 

Sun Huashan, member of the party committee and deputy director of the State Administration of Safety Supervision and director of the National Security Production Emergency Rescue Command Center, delivered a speech at the meeting.
